Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, or international destinations. We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by carries due to weather or mechanical error and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds for those reasons.


With standard ground shipping, we guarantee shipments to arrive within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. We want our chocolate to reach you and your gift recipients looking and tasting just as fresh as when we shipped it!


We do not require a signature upon delivery. (However, the driver might decide to ask for a signature, which is at their discretion.) No signature required means the package will be left at the shipping address, which could mean that it is left at the doorstep. Please choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product can be delivered safely. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is made.
