Shipping & Delivery Information

If you’ve ever had chocolate melt quickly in your hand, then you know the challenges that come with shipping premium chocolate during all four seasons of the year! As part of the world’s largest chocolate company, we are uniquely experienced in delivering the highest quality product. That’s why we use refrigerated trucks, ice packs and/or other materials to ensure our signature chocolate products arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.

$5.50 flat rate shipping, anywhere in the U.S.

Shipping Limitations

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping availability varies by location. You will see the expedited options available for the delivery address at checkout. During warm weather months we ship all orders on a 2 business day delivery schedule to ensure quality on arrival.

Shipping Time Frames

With standard ground shipping, we guarantee shipments to arrive within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. We want our chocolate to reach you and your gift recipients looking and tasting just as fresh as when we shipped it!

No Signature Required

We do not require a signature upon delivery. (However, the driver might decide to ask for a signature, which is at their discretion.) No signature required means the package will be left at the shipping address, which could mean that it is left at the doorstep. Please choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product can be delivered safely. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is made.
